REFRACTORIES

GCL can provide a fully comprehensive refractory service to clients in the Gulf. This service is for a wide range of installations including brick work casting, ceramic fibre installations, guniting and mouldable applications.

SCAFFOLDING SERVICES

GCL’s Scaffold systems provide highly flexible workface access designed where required, on a common user basis. This reduces removal and replacement downtime and congestion as individual contractors undertake activities. Our scaffold and access systems are designed, built and maintained by a high calibre workforce rigorously trained to work to the highest safety standards.

FIRE PROTECTION

Backed by GCL’s world renowned range of passive fire protection products, we are able to offer solutions to the needs of clients in high fire risk applications. Whether fire protection to steelwork, vessel skirts, cable trays, valve assemblies or fire barriers.

PAINTING

Painting, coating and surface protection services complement GCL capability in thermal insulation on both new build and maintenance contracts.

ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT

Where asbestos containing materials are present, GCL is able to ensure the health and safety of personnel through the application of removal and encapsulation techniques, in strict accordance with the latest standards in Europe and the USA.

MANUFACTURING & DISTRIBUTION

The need to provide a flexible and timely service to clients in remote locations, dependent on imported materials, is driving GCL initiative in establishing manufacturing fabrication and material stocking centres attached to its local operating units. This is also critical if the company is to meet the demands of emergency Shutdowns. This global reach ensures that both materials supply and services are delivered rapidly and with maximum efficiency throughout its local operations.
